Ingredients:

  •  3 chicken fillets
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ orange pepper
  • ½ onion
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions:

  1. Cut all ingredients into large squares or cubes.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the ingredients as soon as it melts.
  3. Sauté over high heat until the vegetables soften and the chicken browns.
  4. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for half an hour.
  5. Serve with rice or pasta of your choice.
