- 3 chicken fillets
- ½ red pepper
- ½ green pepper
- ½ yellow pepper
- ½ orange pepper
- ½ onion
- ½ cup butter
Instructions:
- Cut all ingredients into large squares or cubes.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the ingredients as soon as it melts.
- Sauté over high heat until the vegetables soften and the chicken browns.
- Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for half an hour.
- Serve with rice or pasta of your choice.
