Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 20g baking powder
  • 80g butter
  • 160g full-fat milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 2 peppers, any color
  • 60g olives (pitted and sliced)
  • Salt, pepper, dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer to blend the eggs with the butter and milk.
  2. Gradually add the flour along with the baking powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Beat until the dough is smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the peppers (cut into cubes), crumbled feta cheese, and sliced olives into the dough.
  4. Grease a cake pan, dust it with flour, and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes. Once baked, allow it to cool before serving.
