
Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 20g baking powder
- 80g butter
- 160g full-fat milk
- 3 eggs
- 150g feta cheese
- 2 peppers, any color
- 60g olives (pitted and sliced)
- Salt, pepper, dried oregano
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer to blend the eggs with the butter and milk.
- Gradually add the flour along with the baking powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Beat until the dough is smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the peppers (cut into cubes), crumbled feta cheese, and sliced olives into the dough.
- Grease a cake pan, dust it with flour, and pour in the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes. Once baked, allow it to cool before serving.
